About the opportunity

This is your chance to join our high-performing tax team, led by Tony Wilkinson. The team is at the forefront of commercial tax advice, regularly collaborating with our corporate, commercial, banking, and finance teams on a wide range of matters – from mergers and acquisitions, structured investments, securitisations and restructurings.

You’ll be well supported to deliver your best work, with outstanding training and mentorship from Tony and the team. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your expertise, and be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• A solicitor with between three to five years’ PQE.
• Someone with proven academic ability.
• Strong technical ability, commercial judgement and confidence working through complex issues.
• Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to keep developing in a specialist practice area.
