CLUBHOUSE SITE DIRECTOR
The Buffalo Grove Park District is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our Clubhouse team. Site Directors lead our before and after school program for elementary-aged children and play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment throughout the school year. Opportunities for continued employment as a summer camp counselor are also available.

Position Summary
The Clubhouse Site Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned Clubhouse location. This includes supervising staff and participants, planning and implementing weekly activities, maintaining program safety and quality standards, and fostering positive relationships with families, school personnel, and Park District staff. Site Directors serve as leaders and role models, ensuring a welcoming and enriching experience for all participants.

Hours
Morning Shift:
6:45 AM – 9:00 AM or 6:45 AM – 8:15 AM

Afternoon Shift:
2:15 PM – 6:00 PM, or 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM, or 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM

Starting Wage
$19.50+ per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
