About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead our paid and organic social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. In this part-time remote role, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement through data-driven campaigns and compelling content.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid media strategies on Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing.

Manage and grow organic presence across Instagram and Facebook, including content scheduling, community engagement, and story/reel strategy.

Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and Analytics; provide regular reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Collaborate with creative teams to brief and guide ad creatives, copy, and video assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends; adapt strategies accordingly.

Manage retargeting funnels, lookalike audiences, and pixel implementation to maximize ROI.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns at a manager or senior level.

Proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns with measurable KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.).

Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Pixel setup.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently in a remote setting.

Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
