Customer Service Cashier

• →Greet Customer Upon Entry to the store
• →Answer all incoming call to Baillios​
• →Work alongside the sales staff to complete the overall experience to customers
• →​Responsible for calling and contacting customers to schedule delivery/installation.
• →Responsible for ensuring product is in inventory, waiting to be released by warehouse.
• →​Responsible for working with Sales Staff for all customer product that is on backorder.
• →​Communicate all delays in a project to customer, internal operations persons, and sales.
• →​Ensures no product leaves the warehouse without payment in full. Follow up with Sales
• →​Work with delivery and warehouse to schedule committed deliveries with the customers.
• →​Point of contact with the delivery team regarding any circumstances or obstacles they are confronted with.
• →​Manage damaged product process​

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and processing.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
