Responsibilities

  • →Lead and develop the Appliance and Cabinet Inside Sales Team through clear goals, coaching, feedback, and accountability.
  • →Drive profitable sales growth and gross margin performance through effective pipeline, pricing, forecasting, and account management.
  • →Use KPIs, CRM data, and sales metrics to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • →Support key accounts, complex sales opportunities, negotiations, and escalated customer issues.
  • →Partner across Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, Delivery, and Installation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • →Manage sales resources, manufacturer programs, and incentives while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably in appliances, cabinetry, building products, or a related industry.
  • 2+ years of sales or people leadership experience.
  • Proven success achieving sales and gross margin goals, developing new business, and coaching sales teams.
  • Experience with sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM systems, and sales metrics; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
