Key Responsibilities
Your remit spans the full player lifecycle, from keeping players engaged to making sure our highest-value players feel genuinely valued.

Requirements

You have 3–5+ years in a retention team which supports gamification features but you work beyond your scope of work due to a genuine interest and curiosity for how the best consumer brands build lasting relationships with their audiences

You understand how to build emotional connection at scale using content, creator relationships and rewards campaigns as tools for retention and gamification, not just awareness

You are a creative thinker with a commercial edge, capable of generating bold, original ideas and equally capable of building the business case and execution plan behind them

You understand how brand activation campaigns work across the full funnel, from community engagement and content-led moments through to measurable impact on player retention and lifetime value

You are entrepreneurial by nature, comfortable operating with autonomy and energised by the opportunity to build something from the ground up rather than inherit a playbook
