Bundaberg Sugar Ltd is seeking an Administration Officer to play a key role in supporting our Cane Supply operations. This role is responsible for delivering a broad range of administrative services, including compliance, WHS, training coordination and cane consignment administration across multiple sites.

Based at the Millaquin Mill, you will also provide support to the Locomotive and Bin Maintenance Workshops at Bingera Site and the Rail Maintenance Depot at Bush Paddock. Reporting to the Cane Supply Superintendent, you will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and maintain compliance reporting requirements
  • Manage training records, competency profiles and development pathways for Cane Supply employees through WHS Online
  • Support the coordination of WHS audits, inspections and testing programs
  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices and administrative transactions using SysPro and DocuFlow
  • Maintain and update the Cane Supply Safe Working Manual and associated documentation
  • Manage cane consignment documentation and electronic records
  • Provide administrative support to Cane Transport, Cane Railways, and Locomotive & Bin Maintenance teams

You are a proactive and reliable administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. You enjoy working in a team environment while also being capable of working independently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, maintenance or an operational environment
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SysPro, Pronto or Oracle
  • Experience with Workplace Health & Safety systems and working with cloud-based data systems
