We're on a mission to turn ordinary into extraordinary by transforming everyday items into style statement accessories. To keep up with our growth, we’re building a 10-million-euro manufacturing facility in Kaunas, set to produce 40,000 items daily.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Product Development Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

In this role: lead the development of products, managing multiple projects across the entire lifecycle - from concept to production and launch. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, engineers and internal teams to ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and smooth communication across all stages. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a quick learning mindset and the ability to grasp technical details to drive projects efficiently from idea to market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead projects from concept to delivery, tracking timelines and milestones to meet development goals

- Manage supplier relationships through daily communication and ensuring product quality

- Oversee product testing, inspect samples, and provide actionable feedback for improvements

- Research innovations, propose new product ideas, and develop execution plans

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with different departments to align strategies and drive project success

- Mentor junior team members and represent BURGA at trade shows to establish supplier relationships and align vendors with the brand vision

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in product development, leading complex projects

- Strong product focus, organized work practices, and process improvement mindset

- Expertise in project management, timeline management, and risk mitigation

- Ability to prioritize tasks

- Experience in analyzing the market to identify opportunities and create plans

- Detail-oriented, proactive learner, and adaptable

- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

SALARY: 2890-3700 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
