Junior Sales Officer (Software & Technology)

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Junior Sales Officer (Software & Technology) for a Software Development Company in Amman, Jordan. The Junior Sales Officer will support the promotion and sales of the company’s software solutions, including ERP and Point-of-Sale (POS) programs for the retail sector. Location: Amman, Jordan. Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Follow up on assigned leads and support the sales cycle to close deals. Participate in client meetings and negotiations. Support marketing activities and help promote the company’s software solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Provide basic client training on company systems (after onboarding and coaching). Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of sales processes and B2B sales. Willingness and ability to perform field work. Valid driving license is required, owning a car is a plus. Years of experience: Internship to 1 year of experience in software sales or technical systems. Experience with ERP or POS is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Location: Amman, Jordan. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English.
