Additional information about the company can be found online at www.bwpipelines.com.   We are currently looking for an Accounting Analyst II/III for our Houston, TX office.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:   Responsible for billing, revenue accounting and analysis for NGL/Olefins. This includes recording of revenues in the monthly close process and preparing analysis for plan and prior year. Provides ad hoc analysis to support Commercial, Regulatory, Tax and Corporate Development departments. Assists with projects related to commercial systems and reporting. The ideal candidate is self-starter with outstanding communication skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.   Key Responsibilities: Monthly invoicing and revenue accounting Contract/Revenue reporting and analysis Provide support for internal and external auditors Assist in ad hoc projects Key Attributes Ability to work in a team environment Effective in building relationships Possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills     REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:   Understanding of GAAP accounting Experienced in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to multi-task Highly organized and excellent time management   PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:   3-5 years in natural gas or liquids industry System implementation experience Understanding of ASC 606   REQUIRED EDUCATION:   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance PREFERRED EDUCATION:   CPA ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:   Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hiring.   Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, is an equal opportunity employer.
