What We Offer
~2 min readThe Palliative Care Manager is a registered nurse leadership role responsible for the management, oversight, and coordination of clinical care and services for adult palliative care patients and their families. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, in accordance with organizational policies, professional nursing standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Hybrid - 3 days in office required

Larkspur, CA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Supervise non-exempt clinical staff

Provide clinical supervision to nursing team members

Provide administrative supervision to interdisciplinary team members as applicable

Participate in the Administrative On-Call rotation

Minimum of two years of registered nursing experience in palliative care and/or hospice within the past five years

Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred within the past five years
- Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California, BSN preferred
Pay Range:
$120K - $145K annually
