Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives, including pricing strategy, client negotiations, and procurement management.

Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers to establish competitive pricing models, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and performance standards.

Develop and manage procurement strategies for mechanical and electronic components, optimizing supply chain efficiency and mitigating risks.

Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to align product development with cost targets, production timelines, and customer requirements.

Define and execute sourcing strategies for key components, identifying and qualifying new suppliers to support product innovation and manufacturing scalability.

Conduct market research and cost analysis to inform pricing strategies and improve supplier partnerships.

Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term sustainability of supplier and client agreements.

Support new product introduction (NPI) by working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless production ramp-up and supply chain readiness.

Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

Identify and resolve procurement and supply chain challenges, improving efficiency and cost savings while maintaining product integrity.

Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project status, cost breakdowns, and risk assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years in project management, business development, or procurement in hardware manufacturing.

Strong experience in supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management.

Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cost analysis.

Familiarity with NPI processes and manufacturing operations.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
