Responsibilities

  • →Perform workstation installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
  • →Maintain NIPR system compliance and patch status
  • →Provide user support and resolve hardware/software issues
  • →Manage and track IT equipment inventory in accordance with Air Force property accountability requirements
  • →Maintain accurate asset records, transfers, and turn-ins
  • →Support cybersecurity compliance activities and IA posture requirements
  • →Coordinate with base communications and cybersecurity personnel as required
  • →Maintain documentation in accordance with contract and Air Force standards

 

Requirements

  • Active, in-scope Secret clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • CompTIA Security+ CE (current and compliant)
  • Experience supporting DoD IT environments
  • Experience with IT asset management or equipment custodian duties
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and enterprise IT environments
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

 

  • Prior Air Force or DoD support experience
  • Experience with Air Force IT/property systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance processes

 

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
