ATCO Structures is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Grimsby, Ontario and support our operations across Eastern Canada (Ontario and Quebec). If you're passionate about strategic HR solutions, driving organizational performance, and fostering an engaging work environment, this is the opportunity for you. 

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, In this role you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert HR guidance to leaders and employees, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR programs across the region. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to drive initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations. 

• →Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• →A minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience, ideally in a multi-location or regional context.
• →Strong understanding of HR best practices, Ontario and Quebec labor laws, and compensation management.
• →Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• →Excellent rapport building, coaching and influencing skills.
• →Strong analytical abilities and experience using data to inform HR decisions.
• →Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
• →Bilingual in both English and French( Preferred) to be able to communicate across our bilingual teams in Ontario and Quebec
