Monitoring Project Lead – Infrastructure & Measurement Systems

We are looking for a Monitoring Project Lead who will manage and deliver monitoring and measurement systems for complex infrastructure projects.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle — from concept development and system design to installation, data analysis, and project delivery. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and project coordination to ensure accurate and reliable monitoring solutions.

In this multidisciplinary role, you work closely with engineers, specialists, and project stakeholders to implement monitoring strategies, manage project execution, and ensure alignment between technical requirements and project objectives.

• Lead and coordinate monitoring and measurement projects across infrastructure environments
• Design and implement monitoring systems using appropriate measurement technologies and methodologies
• Analyze monitoring data and translate results into clear technical insights
• Align technical solutions with project requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures where required
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow
• Support the integration of monitoring systems within broader project activities
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of monitoring outputs

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects within a project-based environment
• Experience with monitoring systems, deformation measurements, surveying, or sensor technologies
• Strong understanding of civil engineering structures and associated risks
• Affinity with data analysis, measurement systems, and digital tools
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to work on international projects when required
