Our client is an international construction group with a strong footprint in Belgium. They deliver complex civil and infrastructure projects and are recognised for their technical expertise, innovative approach, and commitment to sustainable construction practices.

We are looking for a Site Superintendent – Civil Works to support the project manager in both the preparation and execution phases. You will be based at the site office in Bruges during planning and actively present on site during execution, coordinating operations, subcontractors, and on-site teams.

Lead and coordinate daily on-site operations, including planning, construction methods, logistics, and equipment selection

Assist in evaluating subcontractor offers and contracts

Review and coordinate execution drawings from subcontractors and suppliers

Contribute to project scheduling and monitor work progress against plans

Track quantities, progress reports, and associated costs

Maintain project documentation and administrative follow-up

Serve as the link between external stakeholders and the on-site team

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

Fluent in Dutch; English/French is a strong advantage

Strong organisational skills and ability to lead teams on-site

Solid technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
