Position: Maintenance Director

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/HR DOE

Location: Monroe Care, 1405 S. Monroe St., Moses Lake, WA 98837

What you will do:

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building
• Complete request for repairs
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility
• Perform and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures
• Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces
• Ensure sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas are safe and maintained
• Monitor building systems including fire alarms, sprinklers

Qualifications:

• Have good technical and mechanical skills
• Experience in light carpentry and plumbing
• Experience with maintaining HVAC systems preferred
• Must be familiar with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and recordkeeping.
• Must be available for emergency calls such as night, weekends, and holidays.
