Armed Flex Officer

The Armed Flex Officer supports multiple sites throughout Palm Beach County. This role requires maximum flexibility and readiness to respond to call-offs, new assignments, and emergency coverage.

• →Provide coverage at various client locations
• →Respond to short-notice shift assignments
• →Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties
• →Maintain communication with Command Center
• →Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed
• →Uphold uniform and appearance standards

• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred)
• Open availability (days, nights, weekends)
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test

• Adaptability and reliability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional customer service skills

• Frequent travel between sites
• Indoor and outdoor posts
• Extended standing and patrol
