About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a product-minded software engineer who is excited about AI tooling, rapid iteration, and building software that helps teams work better and faster. In this role, you’ll help build AI-native operational products used daily by teams across Campus. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, product leaders, and operational teams to develop tools powered by modern LLM workflows, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and operational intelligence.
This role is not about maintaining large legacy systems or shipping incremental features inside a traditional product organization. It’s about building focused, AI-native operational tools for specific internal teams - fast. You’ll help us prototype and productionize these tools using modern AI workflows, conversational interfaces, automation systems, and rapid experimentation loops.
You’ll join a fast-moving team at a moment where AI is reshaping software and operational workflows across the company. The role offers significant ownership, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow quickly while building systems that have real impact at scale.
About the Role
~1 min readBuild AI-powered internal tools used across admissions, course design, and student success
Develop conversational workflows, copilots, dashboards, and operational automation systems
Work directly with internal teams to understand workflows and rapidly ship improvements
Prototype new ideas quickly using modern AI tooling and coding agents
Experiment constantly with new workflows, interfaces, and operational tooling patterns
Contribute across the stack — frontend, backend, AI workflows, and infrastructure
Learn how to productionize AI systems in a fast-moving environment
Help define what software development looks like in an AI-first organization
You’re excited about modern AI tooling and are a very advanced users of AI coding tools
You have 1-3 years of software engineering experience
You have experience building and shipping production software
You’re highly product-minded and enjoy solving real operational problems
You move quickly and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments
You care about shipping useful software and iterating based on feedback
You enjoy working closely with users and learning their workflows deeply
You’re curious about how AI changes software development itself
You’re excited by ownership, autonomy, and fast iteration cycles
A compensation package that includes a base salary ($140k - $160k) + equity grant
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
