Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Power System Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in power systems and a strong understanding of data analysis to support business decisions and drive improvements in our operations.
 
Key Domain Experience:
Energy supply and demand forecasting
Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
Pathways
Dispatch and redispatch
Thermal analysis
Energy load, flow and stability analysis,
Constraints
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards that provide insights into system performance and business operations.
Analyse power system operations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to power systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of power systems.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and compliance.
Provide technical expertise and support in the evaluation and selection of power system technologies and solutions.
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
