Experience Level: 7-15 Years (Relevant Experience)
Locations – Pune (Hybrid)

Mandate Skills – BA Skills + Payments experience in Retail banking (See JD below

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in digital onboarding journeys.
- Strong understanding of mobile app journey design, particularly within onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products.
- Ability to map and optimize customer journeys for end-to-end digital experiences, from account setup to servicing.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery teams, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and coordinating with UX/UI designers and product owners.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating across multiple regions and teams, with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Prior exposure to banking or wealth management platforms preferred.
