The position is for a Sr. Business Analyst within Project VAM focusing on Virtual account mgmt. solution for the bank. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • Write and validate user stories by working closely with Tech Leads and various business stakeholders across payments domain of the bank. • Design functional solutions around underlying technical architecture (Java batch processing and UI). • Define test plans for various phases of the application testing (IAT, UAT, etc.) • Drive various test phases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. • Drive automation of tests including NRT, Sanity and Performance. • Be responsible for End-to-End delivery of functionality under implementation. • Manage handover to APS with support during go-live phase. • Constantly look for process improvements. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Mandatory • The candidate should have strong functional and excellent communication skills. • Good understanding of Payments Domain. • Knowledge of Domestic payments of European / EMEA region would be a plus. • Knowledge of ISO 20022 XML formats for payment processing. • Experienced in TDD testing framework. • Hands on knowledge on using automated testing tools (Cucumber, etc..). • Experience with SQL, Oracle RDBMS. • Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams to design both technical and procedural solutions. Good to Have • Background in software development would be considered a plus.
