Project Manager (Banking) (She/He/They)

• →Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• →Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• →Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and dependencies
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, risk, and compliance
• →Ensure delivery in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AML, Basel, DORA)
• →Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• →Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication (incl. senior management)
• →Oversee vendor and third-party delivery where applicable
• →Ensure quality assurance, testing readiness, and successful implementation
• →Support change management and business adoption activities
• →Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory landscape
• Experience delivering regulatory, risk, or technology transformation projects
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects in a matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
