Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support staffing and deployment activities, ensuring alignment between business demand, consultant availability, and utilization goals
- →Partner with stakeholders to identify suitable resources for open roles and confirm bookings in a timely manner
- →Maintain accurate data across resourcing systems, including allocations, roll-offs, and demand tracking
- →Monitor bench, upcoming availability, and pipeline demand to support proactive staffing decisions
- →Help resolve staffing conflicts and escalate risks with clear context and recommended actions
- Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, HR operations, or a related coordination-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data, reporting, and Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and ability to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in consulting, professional services, or a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with resourcing tools, workforce planning systems, or reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to utilization tracking, forecasting, or capacity planning
