Responsibilities

  • Support staffing and deployment activities, ensuring alignment between business demand, consultant availability, and utilization goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify suitable resources for open roles and confirm bookings in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate data across resourcing systems, including allocations, roll-offs, and demand tracking
  • Monitor bench, upcoming availability, and pipeline demand to support proactive staffing decisions
  • Help resolve staffing conflicts and escalate risks with clear context and recommended actions
  • Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, HR operations, or a related coordination-focused role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data, reporting, and Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication skills and ability to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with resourcing tools, workforce planning systems, or reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exposure to utilization tracking, forecasting, or capacity planning

  • Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in enhancing processes and data quality
