Responsibilities

→Support staffing and deployment activities, ensuring alignment between business demand, consultant availability, and utilization goals
→Partner with stakeholders to identify suitable resources for open roles and confirm bookings in a timely manner
→Maintain accurate data across resourcing systems, including allocations, roll-offs, and demand tracking
→Monitor bench, upcoming availability, and pipeline demand to support proactive staffing decisions
→Help resolve staffing conflicts and escalate risks with clear context and recommended actions

Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, HR operations, or a related coordination-focused role
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Analytical mindset with confidence working with data, reporting, and Excel
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear communication skills and ability to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with resourcing tools, workforce planning systems, or reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
