As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a positive and memorable stay. You will provide customer service, assist with planning and reservations, and support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver a welcoming guest experience by greeting, checking in guests, and providing helpful information about the resort and Sedona area
- →Assist guests with payments, pre-authorizations, and booking lodging, dining, and local experiences
- →Create personalized itineraries and provide recommendations for attractions, shows, and restaurants
- →Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- →Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information
- →Coordinate reservations and partnerships with local vendors, tour operators, and entertainment providers
- →Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows, dining, and guest experiences
- →Maintain accurate daily reporting, including tour counts, arrivals, no-shows, and updates for sales and management teams
- →Support daily operations by preparing tour profiles, updating schedules, maintaining a clean lobby, and completing end-of-day reporting
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic computer knowledge
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a professional and calm approach
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Daytime availability required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
