Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and attract top talent using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on progress to leadership.

Experience: Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required. Experience in the timeshare industry is a significant plus.
Relocation Flexibility: Ideal candidates must be open to relocating as opportunities arise.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
