Responsibilities
~1 min read- Ensure seamless communication with clients regarding scheduling options, clinician details, services, and insurance-related queries.
- Uphold our commitment to timely communication by addressing emails, voicemails, and faxes within 24 hours.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. B.A in Psychology, Social Work, or any field related to the mental health/social work field given strong preference.
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHR systems, provider/clinician support, and medical scheduling.
