Responsibilities

→Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an distribution center environment.

→Strong hands‑on experience with Dutch labor law, employee relations, and HR operations.
→Proven HR experience in the Netherlands, within a matrix and/or global organization
→Strong working knowledge of:
- →Dutch labor law
- →Works Councils Act (WOR)
- →Absenteeism and working‑conditions regulations
→Experience supporting Works Council consultations and consent processes
→Credible, balanced communication style with management and employee representatives
→Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
→Experience supporting managers in complex operational or corporate environments; distribution, logistics, experience is a plus.

Solid knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and HR best practices
Strong advisory, coaching, and influencing skills
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
