CONFERENCE SERVICES MANAGER 

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for a Conference Services Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Conference Services Manager coordinates the planning and execution of group meetings, conferences, and special events for Four Seasons Resort Lanaʻi, Sensei Lanaʻi, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and resort departments, ensuring all contractual requirements are fulfilled, event details are communicated effectively, and events are executed seamlessly to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:       

• Manage client event planning and execution, including proposals, booking details, upselling opportunities, event documentation, and billing, to ensure client satisfaction and maximize revenue 

• Coordinate event logistics with Sales, Banquets, Front Office, Culinary, and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless operations and successful event delivery 

• Oversee on-site events, monitor function space setup, resolve guest and client concerns, and provide visible leadership throughout program execution 

• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and operational capabilities to effectively support group business and special events 

• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and cost-control initiatives 

• Participate in operational and client planning meetings while fostering clear communication and collaboration across departments 

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Catering team members, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship) 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. 

• Hawaii Driver’s Abstract is required for this role 

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts 

• Three years or more experience in a leadership position within Conferences Services
