Roof Tech II - Solar

CapStone Solutions is a telecommunications construction company seeking Roof Tech I / II for the greater Olympia area.  The ideal candidate will be local to the area and have experience in solar work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willing to obtain and maintain Washington State Electrical Trainee License
  
• Learn to read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications as required by our customers
• Ability to run wire and install electrical components/equipment in a quality manner
• Ability to take directions and communicate effectively
• Ability to learn and use electronic testing equipment
• Support all aspects of electrical equipment installations
• Organize materials and tools to maintain clean and neat work areas
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
