• →Analyze and optimize Epic PB workflows
• →Support system enhancements, configuration, and build activities
• →Participate in testing and implementation efforts
• →Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to improve revenue cycle processes

• →Support claims processing, billing operations, and reimbursement initiatives
• →Investigate and resolve denials, claim edits, and workflow challenges

Candidates should have experience with:

• Epic Professional Billing (PB) - Active certification required*
• Claims processing and claim edits
• Denials management
• Charge capture workflows
• Revenue cycle optimization
• SBO (Single Billing Office) workflows preferred
