HT- Containment Analyst

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions Heavy Transportation Division has a current opening for a Containment Analyst within our Griffin, GA team. This first shift, non-exempt position has an expected pay range of $19.00-$20.00 per hour. 

Overall Purpose

The Containment Analyst co-ordinates payroll, customer updates and billing and provides administrative support for the containment staff and department.

Reports To

Direct: Site Manager/Containment Supervisor                  Indirect: Area Manager/Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry of work logs, employee timesheets, and spreadsheet data.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate payroll processing using ADP.
• Track employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Administer and maintain customer service agreements and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Containment Manager and containment staff.
• Prepare billing documentation and submit required information to Accounting for processing.
• Create, maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Collect, compile, and report departmental revenue data and operational metrics.
• Maintain organized job folders, electronic records, and a clean, professional work environment.
• Generate reports, update databases, and ensure the accuracy of departmental records.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
