Principal, Technology Architect (Application Development & Maintenance)

• →Architect and oversee integrations across DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP, fulfillment, billing, payer, customer service, and analytics platforms.
• →Design API-first integration strategies utilizing modern integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and microservices where appropriate.
• →Develop end-to-end solution architectures supporting customer acquisition, patient onboarding, order fulfillment, billing, customer service, and ongoing patient engagement.
• →Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to establish reusable services, APIs, and data exchange standards.
• →Define system resiliency, performance, monitoring, and disaster recovery requirements across the platform landscape.
• →Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with Cardinal Health security standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.

• Ideally looking for candidates who bring 12+ years of IT experience (with a background in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related technical leadership roles in the DME industry).
• Proven experience architecting large-scale, enterprise platforms and complex system integrations.
• Experience working in DME industry (or healthcare, pharmacy, medical device), highly preferred.
• Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures utilizing API-led connectivity and event-driven integration patterns.
•  Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, security, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms, enterprise integration technologies, and customer-facing digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
