Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff
  • Promote trauma-informed, harm reduction, and housing-first approaches
  • Ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards
  • Strengthen early identification and intervention systems
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Review trends and improve responses to critical incidents
  • Facilitate case conferences for high-acuity tenants
  • Support crisis intervention and de-escalation
  • Lead incident reviews and prevention strategies
  • Build relationships with community behavioral health providers
  • Improve referral pathways for mental health and substance use treatment
  • Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead staff training and professional development
  • Support onboarding and team growth
  • Oversee a social work internship program
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Maintain compliance with funder and regulatory requirements

Requirements
