As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you’ll partner with Senior Financial Consultant(s) to support and grow affluent practice. In this client-facing role, you’ll strengthen relationships, deliver personalized service, and build advisory skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
You’ll play a key role connecting clients and advisors, uncovering opportunities, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their impact and expertise.
- Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultant(s) and serve as a trusted partner in supporting their practice, client engagement, service, and ongoing business development
- Support delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goals
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth
- Prepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-up
- Collaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client information and support daily operations

• Competitive Compensation
In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus and incentive opportunities tied to performance.
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job
• Relevant experience in financial services or a similar client-facing, sales, or advisory environment preferred

Ensure accuracy in client interactions, documentation, and operational processes
Identify and address discrepancies early to help maintain a strong, consistent client experience

Partner effectively with Financial Consultants, branch teams, and internal partners to support client needs

Use active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand client goals and align next steps to their needs
