HVAC Maintenance Technician

• →Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• →Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
• →Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
• →Properly complete paperwork.
• →Join the on-call rotation.
• →Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• →Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

• →One or more years of experience preferred.
• →Mechanical aptitude
• →A willingness to learn and good attitude!

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
