Responsibilities

→Install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.)
→Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations
→Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication
→Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
→Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards
→Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices
→Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

→2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience required
→Journeyman’s License is a plus
→Certification from a technical school is a plus
→Strong leadership and communication skills to lead an install team
→Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff
→Maintain high safety and quality standards
→Meet pre-employment requirements, including drug testing, physical exams, and background checks
→Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
