Responsibilities

→Provides a broad range of therapeutic and psychiatric social work services to mentally or emotionally disturbed patients.
→Acts as a liaison with hospitals, clinics, referral sources, and other medical professionals/centers affiliated with the facility.
→Collaborates with psychiatric and interdisciplinary teams in diagnoses and treatment plans.
→Assess relative, cognitive, behavioral or emotional problems.
→Other Duties as assigned
