A global leader in combating antisemitism, countering extremism and battling bigotry wherever and whenever it happens, ADL works to protect democracy and ensure a just and inclusive society for all.

The Director of AI Advocacy will help design and drive ADL's strategic efforts to ensure that large language models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence systems are developed, trained, and deployed in ways that reduce bias, prevent misuse by antisemites and extremists, and reflect responsible, high-quality training data and practices. The Director will work across the organization to inform and shape ADL's AI-related strategy, spanning research, policy and legislative advocacy, litigation, and private-sector engagement with technology companies.
