As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
In this role, you will partner with our team of experienced Recruiters on the front lines on coordinating the flow of information between Recruiters, Candidates, and Internal clients. You will be deeply involved in each stage of the hiring lifecycle supporting both experienced hire and early career recruiting initiatives while ensuring all parties are engaged throughout the process. You will help drive great hiring experiences by:
- Participating in internal client intake meetings and posting jobs to corporate and external sites.
- Identifying potential leads, prospects, and applicants to begin the recruitment process.
- Working within our ATS (ICIMS) and CRM to drive hiring workflow requirements to meet KPI’s
- Collaborating with experienced Recruiters on pipeline priorities and help adjust search efforts.
- Coordinating the pre-interview and post-interview meetings and providing materials for both.
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assisting in the scheduling and/or coordination of hiring manager, team and candidate activities as needed.
- Collecting, initiating, and executing reference checks on candidates in the hiring workflow.
- Creating, managing, and sharing weekly reporting on active hiring workflows.
- Lead full-cycle campus recruiting efforts for internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring across multiple offices and business units.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms to maintain accurate candidate records, reporting, communication, and compliance documentation.
- Successfully increase internship acceptance rates and improve candidate engagement through proactive relationship management and communication strategies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for students, interns, applicants, and hiring managers during the campus recruiting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop campus hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning goals.
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to maintain communication with candidates between offer acceptance and start dates.
- This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
- PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
- 3+ years of recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative experience.
- Full-cycle interview coordination.

- Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives and confidential information.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
- Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
- React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems.
