Program Analyst, Informatics Senior-Level

• →Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
• →Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
• →Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations and effectively manipulate data to present program status
• →Make recommendations on improving business processes.
• →Demonstrate understanding of Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams.
• →Lead analysis of operating program effectiveness and business process performance and support development of executive-level metrics and dashboards
• →Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles

• Direct experience with EIWMP, IDI, or VIC
• Experience producing reports for VA senior leadership
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
