The Provider Recruitment Sr. Consultant plays a key role in supporting company growth by leading the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Acts as business partner to hiring managers and responsible for annual recruitment goals.
- →Develops and maintains relationships with executives and other stakeholders to collaborate on recruitment needs.
- →Manages requisition requests. Collaborates with hiring managers on understanding the requests for adding and backfilling positions as well as job description creation.
- →Conducts initial vetting screenings with qualified applicants.
- →Sources and recruits for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
- →Manages requisition load and handles full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
- →Drives activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts, and increase the number of quality recruits through networking, competitive sourcing, etc., inclusive of developing relationships with Ardent-based and/or local medical schools and graduate medical education training programs.
- →Leverages recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; take a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of relevant work experience required
- Knowledge of compliance with recruiting standards and practices for team members including but not limited to immigration status, EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
- Demonstrates accountability for decisions, operates with discipline and rigor, and possesses a competitive drive to achieve excellence.
- Ability to operate as a subject matter expert on recruiting with a consultative style.
- Ability to execute plans – both strategy and project related.
- Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent projects.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting physician and advanced practice practitioner positions.
