Responsibilities

  • Connect organic performance data to business metrics and departmental goals by building or maintaining dashboards to track performance and testing results.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure optimization for conversion, speed, and search and AI rankings.
  • Serve as primary contact to web developers, providing guidance, requirements, and quality assurance for vendor projects.
  • Ensure the optimal UI/UX of the site by strategically planning content and navigation, leveraging usability and A/B testing.
  • Build, maintain, update, and troubleshoot individual web pages in CMS.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend external vendors and partners to support the development and maintenance of web-based products and services.
  • Account management of digital marketing tools and trend forecasting.
  • Configure website code, schema and metadata to optimize page speed, and UX.
  • Update site content with a focus on user intention, site traffic, conversion, and flow.
  • Perform regular audits to identify and take steps to correct any website errors.
  • Respond to related website requests from support ticketing system as needed.
  • Ensure the site adheres to the brand, website, and AZCN compliance guidelines.
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors on the security and stability of the site.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Minimum of five to seven years of experience in website management, e-commerce, and content management.
  • Fluent knowledge and applied experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, and AEO platforms like Profound
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics management and insights, including custom segments, reports, and diagnostic dashboards.
  • Experience with AEO, generative search, or AI-powered discovery systems
  • Strong understanding of website management methodologies, agile development processes, and web technologies.
  • Experience with the latest SEO techniques and strategies.
  • Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web standards, responsive design, and mobile-first strategies.

Base salary range of $113,000 - $123,000 commensurate with education, experience, and relatable skills. Opportunities for professional development.
