Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists is a physical therapist-owned private practice that was founded in 2003. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics and partnerships in Alabama and Tennessee. We have 5 outpatient locations. We have an extraordinarily high employee retention rate and average years of service. 

We have a strong, collaborative team of therapy professionals committed to working with each other. Team members should work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and equipped to grow in their careers. 

We treat each patient as we would want our families and ourselves to be treated. We are committed to providing the most personalized and skilled physical therapy service possible in a warm and friendly environment.  

• Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules.
• Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients.
• Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.

• Available to work Monday-Friday 
• Strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a desire to improve tour patients' and clients' quality of life
• Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.
• An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to meet the job's physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing.
