Responsibilities

Directly supervise full-time employees in IT operations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

 

Travel to the Brewers Spring Training complex in Arizona may be required. Expected to consist of less than 5 percent of the employee’s total hours.

 

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm. Additional hours will be required as part of an on-call rotation to cover some weekends, evenings, and holidays throughout the year.
