Minor League Pitching Coach - Dominican Republic

As part of the Player Development department, the Minor League Pitching Coach – Dominican Republic analyzes performance and instructs professional baseball pitchers in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for professional baseball competition. This position will prepare professional baseball pitchers including but not limited to pre-game instruction, in-game execution, and post-game review.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain organizational development plans for each pitcher set by front office, rovers, and field staff.
• Communicate effectively with Pitching rovers and other affiliate staff regarding the execution and design of data-driven player plans.
• Collaborate with High Performance and Player Development pitching staff on the development and implementation of rehab throwing programs and related activities.

The ideal candidate will have three years of baseball-related coaching and/or playing experience. Candidates with existing knowledge and demonstrated history applying ball tracking technology, high speed cameras, force plates and/or biomechanics reports are preferred.
