At Hero, we believe our employees take great care of our customers because we take great care of our employees. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and hands-on Inventory Coordinator / Warehouse Runner to support both inventory management and warehouse delivery operations.

This hybrid role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, placing and coordinating material orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to field teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both organizational tasks and physical work, and is flexible in supporting warehouse operations and deliveries as needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize inventory systems to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Place orders for replenishment materials needed by field personnel
  • Coordinate with warehouse dispatch to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Track and manage inventory usage, shortages, and restocking needs
  • Ensure materials are prepared and ready for field staff in a timely manner
  • Perform material deliveries to field staff and job sites using company vehicles (including box trucks)
  • Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and on schedule
  • Follow all safety standards while driving and working on job sites
  • Assist field personnel as needed during deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, yard, and vehicles
  • Support general warehouse operations including loading/unloading and staging materials
  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks during downtime

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company policy
  • DOT Health Card required (for driving box trucks and deliveries)
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including 20+ ft box trucks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Effective communication skills with team members and management
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
  • Willingness to perform both inventory/administrative tasks and physical warehouse/delivery work
  • Flexible schedule, including potential extended hours or weekend/on-call shifts
  • Monday–Friday, varying shifts between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays based on business needs

What We Offer

Hourly pay based on experience (typically aligned with inventory experience range)
Performance-based pay increases and advancement opportunities
USD $23.00/Hr.
USD $25.00/Hr.
