We are looking for IT CLIENT TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Work Location: Makati - Onsite
Work Schedule: 9pm - 6am PHT (8am -5pm CST)
Join Carenet as an IT Client Technical Implementation Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, technology-driven client solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in system configuration, scripting, and workflow development to support the successful implementation and enhancement of client programs. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you will help translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions ensuring seamless delivery, operational readiness, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serves as the technical subject matter expert for implementations, resolving complex system configuration, scripting, and functionality issues.
- →Develops, maintains, and optimizes JavaScript, HTML functions and SQL queries to support implementations, data validation, and reporting.
- →Troubleshoots technical issues related to system configurations, scripting logic, integrations, and data integrity.
- →Partners with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations and workflows.
- →Develops and manages implementation plans, coordinating tasks, timelines, dependencies, and project progress across stakeholders.
- →Monitors project risks, blockers, and technical constraints, providing timely updates and escalating issues to ensure successful delivery.
- →Supports implementation activities, including account setup, system integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and launch readiness.
- →Maintains accurate documentation of configurations, scripts, implementation artifacts, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- →Provides client-facing technical support, solution demonstrations, and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- →Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance implementation efficiency, service delivery, and overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in JavaScript development, web application support, or a related technical role.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, software development practices, version control, debugging, enterprise technologies (telephony, CRM, EMR/EHR), and call center/SaaS environments.
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, stakeholder coordination, project planning, risk management, and meeting delivery timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work standard U.S. business hours aligned with Central Standard Time (CST), and report onsite in our Makati Circuit Office.
