Responsibilities

• Active adjuster license required for jurisdictions handled (LA, MS, AL, GA, TX, FL)• Minimum of 3 years of liability claim handling or insurance-related experience, including auto property damage claims handled in-house for an insurance company• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple files• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision• Attention to confidentiality and discretion• Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned client service hours• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency required

 

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working in a Third Party Administrator (TPA) environment• Experience handling claims for trucking or municipal clients

• Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite per week in the Metairie office, 3 days remote• Hybrid eligibility begins day one• No travel required• Exposure to multiple accounts across trucking and municipal industries• No litigation exposure

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
