Catholic Charities West Michigan (CCWM) is a community-based agency providing programs in Western Michigan and offering a variety of services in family preservation, behavioral health, child welfare, and community outreach.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinates and prepares all forms, correspondence, schedules, spreadsheets, mailings, copying and reports needed by the program.
- →Assists staff with computer and word processing needs.
- →Organizes and maintains program records, files, checklists, schedules, demographics, calendars and outcome measures as needed to organize program staff materials.
- →Receives program phone calls and handles or routes them as needed.
- →Maintains a system for tracking staff whereabouts.
- →Assists with the coordination of maintenance and repair of computers, phones, and other equipment within program.
- →Performs other special assignments at supervisor’s request.
- Knowledge of computer system and relevant software.
- Knowledge of general office terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to relate to diverse population and cultures while communicating with clients and the public in a courteous and effective manner.
Requirements

High School diploma or general education development (GED) preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of professional experience in an office setting, including experience with computer systems is required.
A minimum of one year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other office software required.
A minimum of one year of experience working with older adults is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
